Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nuevavidaapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is received, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-5 days.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
